IBN Invests in new CRM & Billing systems

In the last quarter 2006 IBNetworks have been researching into upgrading our billing and CRM systems. We are now in the final stages of the selection process and we aim to implement the new systems in April 2007.

The new systems will give our customers enhanced reporting on calls, lines and other service as well as simplifying backend processes in house. Details of the features will be in the next IBNetworks newsletter.
